My name is Hideshi Maekawa and I am the President & COO of NSD America. NSD America will be to offer 'highly reliable and quality services and products with advanced technology for our customers'.
NSD America is a subsidiary of NSD Co., Ltd. NSD, as one of the best systems integrators in Japan, has been winning the trust of many customers in a diverse array of industry sectors since the foundation of the company 4 decades ago. We continue to offer high quality systems solutions and software services, for which we have enjoyed long-term business relationships with our customers.
Our surroundings are rapidly changing. As a response to this changing business environment, NSD has re-organized its internal groups by industry sector in order to respond more effectively to our customers' demands. Our systems engineers are familiar with the specific business challenges and requirements of each industry and strive to acquire highly specialized technological expertise and experience in order to better serve our customers' needs in those particular industries.
We strive to maintain lasting trust and strong relationships with our customers. We also endeavor to continue to utilize our cutting edge technology and problem solving skills. Furthermore, all of us at NSD and NSD America, the executive staff and employees, joined together will work hard to pursue technological innovation while creating friendlier and more convenient solutions for our customers.
I would like to conclude my remarks with the promise that NSD America will continue to proactively communicate with our customers, offer creative, practical services utilizing our high-technology knowhow and cutting-edge industry solutions with NSD. It is my sincere desire to continue with these efforts and continue to grow NSD America into an organization which customers can rely on and consult with at anytime.
